We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However Lash Snobs Charlotte is not liable for reaction due to our products. Scheduling and Deposits And Refunds

We are requiring all first time clients to pay a  50% deposit. This may be paid via '' Cash App" or  the website.

All deposits will be added to the cost of service. Deposits are non refundable and will be voided if your appointment is cancelled.

Lash Snobs Charlotte Does Not Issue Refunds On Any Service Provided.

​Cancellation Policy

We understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hour notice

• Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. This applies to new clients and returning clients. Appointments may only be rescheduled once.

• All No Shows will be charged 100% of the service amount minus the deposit. This applies to new clients and returning clients. This amount will be charged to the card on file. If you are a NO SHOW, ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SCHEDULING.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a FULL SET appointment you will be rescheduled. For Touch Up appointments we ask that you are no more than 5 minutes late. Please Call or Text 704.325.6522 if you will be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment.
